Members -- Becoming a member

Known as the Kentucky Uniform Limited Cooperative Association Act

The act spans §§ 272A.10-010 to 272A.9-010 (123 sections).

(1) To begin business, a limited cooperative association shall have at least two (2) patron members unless the sole member is a cooperative.

(2) A person becomes a member:

(a) As provided in the organic rules;

(b) As the result of a merger or conversion under Subchapter 16 of this chapter; or (c) With the consent of all the members.
