KRS 309.454

Radon control fund

Known as the Home Medical Equipment and Services Provider Licensure Act

(1) There is created the radon control fund as a separate trust and agency fund in the State Treasury, to be administered by the board. All fees, fines, and other moneys received by the board pursuant to KRS 309.430 to 309.454 shall be deposited in the fund and shall be used for the implementation of KRS 309.430 to 309.454, and are hereby appropriated for those purposes.

(2) Notwithstanding KRS 45.229, any moneys remaining in the fund at the close of the fiscal year shall not lapse but shall be carried forward to the next fiscal year.

(3) Any interest earnings of the fund shall become part of the fund and shall not lapse.
