(1) The board may grant a license to an applicant currently licensed in another state as a speech-language pathologist upon receipt of the following:
(a) A letter of good standing in that state;
(b) Documentation of national certification or a passing score on a national exam approved by the board; and (c) A certified university transcript conferring at least a master's degree in communication disorders.
(2) The board may grant a license to an applicant currently licensed in another state as an audiologist upon receipt of the following:
(a) A letter of good standing in that state;
(b) Documentation of national certification or a passing score on a national exam approved by the board; and (c) A certified university transcript conferring a master's degree in audiology prior to January 1, 2007, or a doctorate degree in audiology.
