Resistance, flight, breach of arrest, and escape

Known as the Kentucky Code

The act spans §§ 35–35 (212 sections).

Any person subject to this code shall be punished as a court-martial may direct who:

(1) Resists apprehension;

(2) Flees from apprehension;

(3) Breaks arrest; or (4) Escapes from custody or confinement.
