Inquest may be quashed and new writ awarded

Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky

The court to whom the inquest is returned may, upon the motion of either party, for good cause, quash the inquest, and award a new writ as often as it is deemed necessary to the ends of justice.
