Order to withhold and deliver earnings or property

(1) The Attorney General may collect delinquent child support by issuing an order to withhold and deliver earnings or property of any kind, real and personal, including booting of vehicle in accordance with administrative regulations promulgated under KRS 15.820, which the Attorney General has reason to believe are due, owing or belonging to the parent.

(2) Fifty percent (50%) of the disposable earnings against which a support debt is asserted shall be exempt and may be delivered to the obligor. The only other exemptions allowed shall be those provided in KRS 427.060.

(3) The order shall continue to operate until the child support debt is paid in full and shall take priority over all other debts and creditors of such debtor.
