As used in this section and KRS 45A.035, 45A.095, and 45A.645:

(1) "Agricultural product" means any unprocessed farm product raised or produced as a result of being in the business of "agriculture", as defined by KRS 246.010. "Agricultural product" does not include tobacco; and (2) "Kentucky-grown agricultural product" means any agricultural product raised or produced in Kentucky.
