Criminal facilitation -- Exemptions

A person is not guilty of criminal facilitation when:

(1) The crime facilitated is so defined that his conduct is inevitably incident to its commission; or (2) Prior to the commission of the crime facilitated he makes a substantial effort to prevent the commission of that crime.
