Legislators' Retirement Plan insurance fund -- Purpose

Known as the Kentucky Code

The act spans §§ 6–6 (191 sections).

Effective: April 15, 1982

(1) There is hereby created and established a state fund to be known as the "Legislators' Retirement Plan Insurance Fund." (2) The fund is created for the purpose of providing a fund separate from legislators' retirement funds, and is to be used to provide fringe benefits to retired recipients of legislators' retirement benefits, and to their dependents or beneficiaries named in KRS 6.577.
