Individuals required to file statements of financial interests

The following individuals shall file a sworn statement of financial interests with the commission:

(1) Members of the General Assembly;

(2) All candidates and nominees for election to the General Assembly; and (3) Major management personnel in the legislative branch of state government, including the director, deputy directors, and assistant directors of the Legislative Research Commission.
