Unless otherwise indicated in the context, references in the Revised Statutes to Titles, Sub-titles, Chapters, Parts, Subparts, or Sections shall mean Titles, Subtitles, Chapters, Parts, Sub-parts, or Sections of the Revised Statutes.
Whenever any reference is made to any portion of the Revised Statutes or to any other law, the reference applies to all amendments thereto hereafter made.
