Known as the Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act
The act spans §§ 13–13 (48 sections).

A. This Chapter applies to guardianship and protective proceedings begun on or after the effective date.
B. Parts I, III, and IV of this Chapter and R.S. 13:4251.501 and 4251.502 apply to proceedings begun before the effective date, regardless of whether a guardianship or protective order has been issued.
