Disturbing the peace; residences

Acts 2024, No. 661, §1.

A. No person shall petition, picket, demonstrate, or assemble with other persons within fifty feet of an individual's residence in a manner which interferes, disrupts, threatens to disrupt, or harasses the individual's right to control or use his residence.

B. Whoever violates the provisions of this Section shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars. Each day on which a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.

C. For purpose of this Section, "residence" shall mean the dwelling, house, apartment, or other structure used in whole or in part as a home or place of abode of any individual.
