La. R.S. 14:390.7

Penalties

Added by Acts 1962, No. 245, §1.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of R.S. 14:390 through 390.6 shall be fined not more than ten thousand dollars or imprisoned at hard labor for not more than six years, or both.
