Duplicate keys

Acts 1976, No. 697, §1, eff

Any duplicate or extra keys to the machines shall be sealed in an envelope by the parish custodian and the secretary of state and placed in a safe place. The seal shall not be broken or the keys used in any manner except with the consent of the parish custodian or the secretary of state.
