Castration or impounding of scrub bulls

Known as the Louisiana Abandoned Animals Act

The act spans §§ 3-1821 to 3-2511 (189 sections).

Parishes may also provide by ordinance for the castration of, or the impounding of, any scrub bull whose owner fails to comply with any regulations authorized by this Part.
