CHAPTER 11. LOUISIANA GEOLOGIC SEQUESTRATION

OF CARBON DIOXIDE ACT

§1101. Short title

This Chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Louisiana Geologic Sequestration of Carbon Dioxide Act".
