License or certificate required; display

Known as the Louisiana Physical Therapy Practice Act

The act spans §§ 37–37 (91 sections).

No person shall engage in the selling and fitting of hearing aids or display a sign or in any other way advertise or hold himself out as a person who engages in the selling and fitting of hearing aids unless he holds a current, unsuspended, unrevoked license issued by the board as provided in this Chapter, or unless he holds a current, unsuspended, unrevoked certificate of endorsement pursuant to R.S. 37:2448. The license or certificate required by this Section shall be kept conspicuously posted in his office or place of business at all times. Acts 1968, No. 302, §3, eff.
