Conciliation agreements; violation unlawful

Known as the Louisiana Continuing Care Provider Registration and Disclosure Act

The act spans §§ 51–51 (65 sections).

It is an unlawful practice for a party to a conciliation agreement made pursuant to R.S. 51:2257(D) to violate the terms of the agreement.
