A. Resident
(1) Infant (under three years) $500.00
(2) Adult (ages three through sixty-four years) $500.00
(3) Senior (sixty-five years or older) $100.00
B. Nonresident
(1) Infant (under three years) $1,000.00
(2) Adult (three years and older) $4,000.00
