Shares of minors and in trust

Known as the Louisiana Credit Union Law

The act spans §§ 6–6 (50 sections).

Shares may be issued in the name of a minor and in trust in such manner as the charter may provide. When shares are so issued the name of the beneficiary must be disclosed to the credit union.
