Voluntary loss of utility access

Known as the Louisiana Conservation Servitude Act

The act spans §§ 9–9 (26 sections).

If an estate loses access to a utility as a result of a voluntary act of its owner, the neighbors are not bound to furnish a utility servitude to the owner or the owner's successors.
