CHAPTER 2. DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED

SPECIMENS BY TAXIDERMISTS

§191. Definition

As used in this Chapter, "taxidermist" means a person who, for a consideration, mounts, preserves, or otherwise prepares the body of any bird, animal, or fish, or any part thereof, for display.
