SUBPART B. INDEMNITY OF THE TRUSTEE
§2191. Indemnity for expenses properly incurred
A trustee is entitled to indemnity from the trust estate for expenses properly incurred by him in the administration of the trust, unless the trust instrument provides otherwise.
