Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 10, § 22

The provisions of this section and sections twenty-three to thirty-five, inclusive, sections thirty-seven to forty, inclusive, and sections fifty-six to fifty-eight, inclusive, shall be known and may be cited as the ''state lottery law.''
