Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 10, § 35N

There is hereby established on the books of the commonwealth a fund to be known as the Martin Luther King Commission Trust Fund. The Martin Luther King commission is hereby authorized to accept donations to the fund for the purpose of planning and executing ceremonies and events in memory of the Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr.
