Record of licenses to hawkers and peddlers; inspection

The deputy director shall keep a record of all licenses to hawkers and peddlers granted by him, including the number of each such license and the name and residence of the licensee. All such records shall be open to public inspection. All such licenses shall bear the date of their issue and shall continue in force for one year from that date.
