Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 111, § 53H

Contracts with physicians affecting ability to testify in administrative or judicial hearings

No hospital shall enter into a contract or agreement which creates or establishes a partnership, employment or any other professional relationship with a licensed physician that would prohibit or limit the ability of that physician to provide testimony in an administrative or judicial hearing, including cases of medical malpractice.
