Psychologists; penalty for illegal representation or practice

Known as the Registered Physical Therapists Law

The act spans §§ 112–112 (594 sections).

Any person not licensed to practice psychology who holds himself out to be a psychologist or who uses the title ''psychologist'' or engages in the practice of psychology shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment of not more than three months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
