Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 127, § 168

Violation of Sec. 166 or 167

Whoever violates any provision of section one hundred and sixty-six or one hundred and sixty-seven shall be punished by a fine of not more than five thousand dollars or by imprisonment for not more than two years, or both.
