Written or electronic records of pesticide use at schools, child care centers and school age child care programs

Known as the Massachusetts Pesticide Control Act

The act spans §§ 132B-1 to 132B-9 (31 sections).

A written or electronic record of any and all chemical pesticide spraying, release, deposit or application made at a school, child care center or school age child care program in the commonwealth shall be maintained on site for a period of not less than five years, and shall be made available to the public upon request pursuant to section 10 of chapter 66.
