Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 140, § 111

Rate of interest in absence of agreement

Sections ninety-six to one hundred and eleven, inclusive, shall not affect so much of section three of chapter one hundred and seven as provides that, if there is no agreement for a different rate, the interest on money shall be at the rate of six dollars upon each one hundred dollars for a year.
