Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 140, § 117

Appeal; injunction

An owner of a steam engine or furnace who is aggrieved by such order may have the remedy prescribed by section two of chapter one hundred and thirty-nine. The superior court, on granting the application for a jury, may issue an injunction restraining the further use of such engine or furnace until the final determination of the application.
