Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 140, § 32

Convictions; transmission of copy of record to licensing authorities

The clerk of a court where any person is convicted of a violation of any provision of sections twenty-two to thirty-one, inclusive, shall forthwith send a copy of the record of the conviction to the licensing authorities in the town where the offence occurred.
