Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 143, § 74

For the inspection of a booth or enclosure, as provided by the preceding section, a fee shall be paid by the owner or user thereof. The amount of such fee shall be determined annually by the commissioner of administration under the provision of section three B of chapter seven.
