Whoever sells or leases or offers or exposes for sale or lease, or loans any nitrous or combustible film as cellulose acetate, incombustible or safety film, or whoever stamps or marks any nitrous or combustible film as cellulose acetate, incombustible or safety film, shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not less than six months nor more than two years, or both.
