If any provision of sections forty-four A to forty-four H, inclusive, or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance shall be held invalid or unconstitutional, the other provisions of said sections or the application of such provision to any person or circumstance other than that as to which it is held invalid or unconstitutional, shall not be affected thereby.
