Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 149, § 58

Any law restricting the hours of minors laboring in factories or workshops, or in mercantile, manufacturing or mechanical establishments shall, unless it is otherwise expressly provided, apply to minors operating elevators in such establishments, or in any building occupied in whole or in part by any such establishment, or in any office building.
