Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 149, § 68

Time for work of minor messengers

Except for the delivery of messages directly connected with the business of conducting or publishing a newspaper to a newspaper office or directly between newspaper offices, no person shall employ a minor or permit him to work as messenger for a telegraph, telephone or messenger company in the distribution, transmission or delivery of goods or messages before five o'clock in the morning or after ten o'clock in the evening.
