Department or attorney general questioning employees

Each employer shall permit any duly authorized officer or employee of the department or of the attorney general to question any employee of such employer in the place of employment, other than places of employment of persons engaged in domestic service in the home of the employer, and during work hours in respect to the wages paid to and the hours worked by employees.
