Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 151A, § 42A

Commissioner represented by attorney general or designated attorney

Known as the Unemployment Insurance Law

The act spans §§ 151–151 (136 sections).

In any action to enforce any provision of this chapter, or any criminal proceedings thereunder, the commissioner shall be represented by the attorney general, or by any attorney at law designated by the attorney general for such purpose.
