Merger into or consolidation with business corporation

Known as the Professional Corporation Law

The act spans §§ 156A-1 to 156A-9 (19 sections).

A professional corporation which has ceased to render any professional services under this chapter or which is permitted to render professional services as a business corporation organized under chapter 156D may change its status by merging into or consolidating with the business corporation or by filing articles of amendment to change its name, where necessary, and purposes to those of the business corporation.
