Each regulating board in the commonwealth is hereby authorized to promulgate rules for professional corporations consistent with this chapter which are deemed necessary in the public interest or required by the public health or welfare or by generally recognized standards of professional conduct. Nothing in this chapter shall restrict or limit in any manner the authority or duty of regulating board with respect to natural persons rendering a professional service within the jurisdiction of the licensing authority, or any law, rule or regulation pertaining to standards of professional conduct.
