Voting by corporation

Known as the Business Corporation Law

The act spans §§ 156–156 (126 sections).

No corporation shall directly or indirectly vote any share of its own stock. Nothing in this section shall be construed as limiting the right of any corporation to vote shares of stock held directly or indirectly by it in a fiduciary capacity.
