Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 164, § 124I

Any company found by the department to have wilfully violated sections one hundred and twenty-four A to one hundred and twenty-four H, inclusive, shall be assessed a penalty after a hearing by the department, in an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars.
