Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 164, § 88

Review of decision issued under Secs. 86 or 87

Any person aggrieved by the decision of the aldermen or selectmen, under either of the two preceding sections, may, within thirty days after notice of said decision, appeal therefrom to the department, which shall thereupon give due notice and hear all parties interested, and its decision shall be final.
