Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 165, § 9

Any corporation, company or person aggrieved by the decision of the aldermen or selectmen under the preceding section may, within thirty days after notice of said decision, appeal therefrom to the department which shall thereupon give due notice to and hear all parties interested, and render decision thereon.
