Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 167, § 2G

Penalties for unfair practices; enforcement

The powers vested in the commissioner by sections two A to two F, inclusive, shall be in addition to any other powers to enforce any penalties, fines or forfeitures authorized by law with respect to the methods, acts and practices which may be declared by the commissioner hereunder to be unfair or deceptive.
