Procedure for resolution of consumer complaints relative to banks or credit unions acting as insurance agents

The commissioner, in conjunction with the commissioner of banks, shall establish a procedure for the prompt resolution of consumer complaints relative to the activities of a bank or credit union as a licensed insurance agent or broker.
