Every domestic company incorporated after September first, nineteen hundred and twenty-three, shall, within thirty days after its incorporation, file with the commissioner a copy of its by-laws and amendments thereto, if any, certified under its corporate seal by its secretary, and every such company, whether existing on said date or incorporated thereafter, shall, within thirty days after the adoption of any amendment to its by-laws, file with the commissioner a copy of such amendment, certified as above provided.
